The Next Chapter

I kept thinking to myself, "the end is near" for the longest time. I am currently processing the fact that I graduated high school. For a period of my life I didn't know if I would make it. Not only did I make it, but I feel like I excelled to the best of my abilities. The best feeling to me is knowing I put my full effort into everything that got me here, to where I am today, and who I am today.

The build up to this next chapter in my life felt huge. The next thing I knew, it was suddenly over. I walked across the stage to receive my diploma, and then I said to myself "I did it!" This is something no one can take away from me. I wanted this. I can't help but wonder if I'm dreaming. Looking back it's all a blur, yet somehow each day felt like a century to get through. It brings me joy that I can recall specific moments in time, and events that gave me special memories to hold on to. Memories are what keep us living.

"Memories are what keep us living."

As time passes, I become more self aware and connected within myself. The bond we have internally needs to be strong in order to bond with others externally. My hope in current time is to stay as connected as possible to every moment, so those moments turn into memories which last a lifetime.

Enjoy every moment on your life. Time flies and we don't notice until we look back and see how time passed by us like nothing. And yes, life is about memories, we have to create memories cause everything else goes away. Keep moving forward and give all your effort to the things you want in life.
